 ORGANIZACIÓN GUBERNAMENTAL:

Un organismo gubernamental es una institución estatal cuya administración esta, a cargo del gobierno de turno. Su finalidad es brindar un servicio público que resulta necesario para la ciudadanía.

GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION

A government agency is a state institution whose administration is in charge of the government of the day. Its purpose is to provide a public service that is necessary for the citizens.

PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA:

La participación es entonces una relación de poder y, por tanto, una relación política, a través de la cual una pluralidad de acto res, individuos y grupos sociales, se encuentran y confrontan, ejerciendo su capacidad de decisión para orientar los recursos en función de la solución de sus aspiraciones.

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION

Participation is then a relationship of power and, therefore, a political relationship, through which a plurality of acts, individuals and social groups, meet and confront each other, exercising their capacity of decision to direct the resources according to the solution of their aspirations.

PLAN DE DESARROLLO NACIONAL:

Es el documento que sirve de base y provee los lineamientos estratégicos de las políticas públicas formuladas por el Presidente de la República a través de su equipo de Gobierno. Su elaboración, socialización, evaluación y seguimiento es responsabilidad directa del DNP. El PND es el instrumento formal y legal por medio del cual se trazan los objetivos del Gobierno permitiendo la subsecuente evaluación de su gestión.

NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Is the document that serves as a basis and provides the strategic guidelines for public policies formulated by the President of the Republic through his government team. Its elaboration, socialization, evaluation and follow-up is the direct responsibility of the DNP. The PND is the formal and legal instrument through which the objectives of the Government are outlined, allowing the subsequent evaluation of its management.
